Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should any customer needs to cancel their order, the cancellation must be made prior to the preparation of the order. If you need to cancel an order after you place it, call us at 516-778-LOVE(5683) for a faster response. If the cancellation is received after the order is repared, no refund can be issued. Flowers are perishable goods. Once we receive your order, flowers are selected and cut to accomodate your order. We can not re-use these flowers for any other orders.

Refund & Return
Love U Flowers stands by our product and we offer our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee with every flower arrangement that we design and deliver. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement we have delivered, simply contact our customer service at 516-778-LOVE(5683). We will work through what the issue is and determine a solution, that may involve issuing a full or partial store credit or a replacement of the original arrangement.
We do not offer refunds after we made delivery. If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact us directly.
Please inspect your flowers once you receive it. All claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt. After 24hours we will not assume responsiblilty for flowers conditions as the temperature and the humidity conditions are differ in space where the flowers were kept.
We will not assume responsibility for following issues;
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Lost/stolen deliveries once the flower is delivered
• Delays caused during peak holiday seasons
• Weather-related delivery issues
• Flowers that wilted or died because of failure to follow instructions (on the Flower Food Package) by the recipient.
Love U Flower is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. Love U Flowers will not issue refunds or store credit to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.

We will issue a store credit if we determined that the issue was our responsiblilty, as follows.
100% of your order(before delivery fee and taxes) if problem occurs with in 24hours of receipt.
50% of your order(before delivery fee and taxes) if you report a problem after 24hours & within 48hrs of receipt.
10% of your order (before delivery fee and taxes) if you report it after 48hrs & within 72hrs of receipt
Redeeming Store Credit
Face value can be used for one time only. If redeemed for less than its face value, the remaining residual value will be lost.
