Cancellations

Due to the nature of perishable flower arrangement, cancellation must be made prior to the preparation of the order (cutting of the stems). If the cancellation request was received after the order was prepared, it's not eligible for cancellation.

• Same day or next day order is not eligible for cancellation.

• Special order is not eligible for cancellation. 

• Orders that have already been delivered are not eligible for cancellation.

Please note that we will not assume responsibility for any incorrect addresses or information provided by customers. If you need to update the information, please call us at 516-778-LOVE (5683) or email info@loveuflowers.com with your order number and the correct address/information.

 

Refund

​

Love U Flowers stands by our product and we offer our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee with every flower arrangement that we design and deliver. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement we have delivered, simply contact our customer service at 516-778-LOVE(5683).  We will work with you to examine the issue and find a solution, that may involve issuing a full or partial store credit or a replacement of the original arrangement. Refunds are given on a case-by-case basis.

We do not offer refunds after we made delivery.

If an order was filled or delivered to the recipient and there is a question of the quality of the arrangement, contact us directly with the picture of the product in question.

Please inspect your flowers once you receive it. All claims must be filed within 24 hours of receipt. After 24 hours, we will not assume responsibility for the condition of flowers as the temperature and the humidity conditions are differ in space where the flowers were kept.

We will not assume responsibility for the following issues;

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

• Lost/stolen deliveries once the flower is delivered

• Delays caused during peak holiday seasons

• Weather-related delivery issues

• Allergen issues

• Flowers that wilted or died because of failure to follow instructions (on the Flower Food Package) by the recipient.

We cannot take the responsibility for irritation or any other medical condition that may occur from flower varieties if the recipient is sensitive or allergic. Please inform us at the time of ordering about any allergies or sensitivity to fragrances or flowers so that we can accommodate these within your order.

 

Love U Flower is not responsible for any order where the recipient refuses to accept the item. Love U Flowers will not issue refunds or store credit to any customer where the recipient, for whatever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.

Return

​

Due to the nature of perishables product, all products are not returnable after purchase. 

​

Store Credit

​

We will issue a store credit if we determined that the issue was our responsibility, as the following:

100% of your order(before delivery fee and taxes) if you contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

50% of your order(before delivery fee and taxes) if you contact us after 24 hours and within 48 hours of receipt.

10% of your order (before delivery fee and taxes) if you contact us after 48 hours and within 72 hours of receipt.

Redeeming Store Credit

​

Face value can be used for one time only. If redeemed for less than its face value, the remaining residual value will be lost.

The expiration date of store credit is one year from the date of pick up/delivery of your order and it cannot be reissued.

Store credit cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to others, and it can only be used at our store or through our

customer service (not our online store). 

Store credit cannot be applied during the week of Valentine's Day and Mother's Day due to the limited supplies of the
