Do you do weddings?

Do you do small events or parties?
Yes! We are happy to provide flowers for dinner parties, corporate events, birthday get togethers, bridal showers, baby showers, etc. You can choose from what's currently available at our website or we are happy to discuss special arrangements with you. Do you do customize bouquets?
This depends on what you'd like to customize. Give us a call or email your inquiry at email@example.com.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes. We offer same day delivery in NYC. Cut off time is 12pm EST. For details see delivery policy
How much is your delivery fee?
For NYC, Bergen NJ, Great Neck and Kings Point, delivery is Free with $99 minimum orders. All other locations, delivery fee starts at $9 depending on the zip-code. You will find the details at delivery policy
Do you have a minimum for delivery?
Yes. Our minimum amount for delivery for a floral arrangement is $69 (not including tax and delivery fee).
When will my flowers be delivered?
Our #1 goal is to have your flowers delivered as quickly as possible. We will try (not guarantee) to deliver your order within the selected time frame in the checkout process. Please note our delivery time frame is from 10am - 7pm, as routes/traffic vary each day. Trust us it will be there before 7 PM :)
Cancel, Refund & Replacement
What is your flower cancellation policy?
If your plan changed and need to cancel your order, we will try our best to accommodate it. The cancellation must be made prior to the preparation of the order. Call us at 516-778-LOVE(5683) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. For more details see Policy
What is your refund policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the flower arrangement we have delivered, simply contact our customer service with details of your issue. If we determined that the issue was our responsibility we will refund or issue a store credit according to our policy. Check details at Policy
What is your flower replacement policy?
If your flowers arrive damaged or not up to standards, we will replace it free of charge. Please notify us within 24 hours via email to email@example.com and we will organize a replacement delivery ASAP. Please include pictures and your order number. After 3 days, we are unable to issue any credit or discount for the floral arrangement purchase. For details see Policy
