We believe it is important to stay connected with our loved ones. But it is especially difficult to do so while keeping a distance from one another. In order to ensure ability to express your heart with confidence on safety, we are delivering flowers with NO CONTACT method.

In addition, we are taking imperative measures on cleaning and disinfecting of surfaces and supplies according to CDC guide line, when we prepare your orders.

What we are doing differently

​

• Taking order by phone (Mon-Sat 9a-6p) and online (24hrs)

  

• All employees are vaccinated including delivery persons.

​

• Same-day delivery (only in NYC)  will be available for order placed before 10am ET . All other orders will be delivered on the next business day.

​

• Deliveries will be made without the requirement of a signature from the recipient.

​

• Deliveries will be made without contact with the recipient. Orders will be left at the door and the delivery person will ring the bell or send text to recipient to notify the delivery.

 

• Deliveries to Hospitals, Nursing Homes, or Senior Citizen Centers will be made when possible. Please verify their current delivery accepting policy before ordering with us.
