Cut-Off Time for Same Day Delivery

Orders must be received before 12pm EST to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after 12pm EST will be delivered the following day.

Delivery Hours

Normal delivery hours are 9am-1pm daily. Special exceptions are made for Funeral and Event Deliveries.

We are unable to guarantee delivery at a specific time, but you many request a time frame in the special instruction box when ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Delivery Attempt

​

Regretfully, we are only able to make one delivery attempt. If we are unable to locate the recipient, or authorized receiver, at the time of delivery, we may leave the flowers outside of the residence or with a nearby business or neighbor.  In that case we will send the notification to the customer. We are not responsible for lost/theft of the flowers after the delivery.
