We deliver to Great Neck and the surrounding area ONLY on 2/13 & 2/14. Delivery fee starts at $19-$29 (depending on your zip code). We do not offer pickup options in Great Neck. All orders must be placed 2 days before the delivery date. We are unable to take same-day orders.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
To ensure freshness and quality, you may receive our flowers in bud form which will last longer and they will bloom in a few days. You may also notice that some of the outer petals of each flower might not be as perky looking as the rest of other flowers. They are known as guard petals and this is totally normal.
